0.99 Update

- Added level info and hints for each map
- Added range/damage slider: each tower can now trade up to 15% of its damage for range using the slider in the tower info panel
- Easy skill level has been removed. There are now only 3 skill levels and Endless Mode.
- As always, some visual improvements and balancing
